Is Nexlease really free for tenants?
Yes — zero platform fee. The only costs tenants incur are stamp duty + IGR e-registration (Maharashtra rates, typically a few hundred rupees), brokerage if using a broker (standard market rate, transparently shown on listing), and any optional move-in services.
What does the Pro Owner plan include?
₹999/month: unlimited listings, priority lead placement, advanced Nexscore™ analytics, dedicated support, featured badge, and early access to new features.
Does Nexlease take a commission on deals?
For brokers: NO. Brokers keep 100% of brokerage on closed deals. For owners closing through the free or Pro plan: a small closing fee on successful deal closure, typically around 0.5% of annual rent.
What are the broker subscription plans?
Tiers from ₹499/mo (Community) to ₹4,999/mo (Elite). Higher tiers unlock larger listing capacity and priority lead routing. All brokers must be RERA-licensed and Aadhaar-KYC verified.
Can I get a refund if a plan doesn't work for me?
Prorated refunds for monthly plans within 7 days, annual within 14 days, as long as you haven't actively used the platform features. Full policy at refund.html.
What payment methods does Nexlease accept?
All major methods via Cashfree: UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, BHIM), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking from 60+ banks, and wallets. PCI-DSS compliant.
