Our commitment to fair refunds
Nexlease is committed to transparent and fair refund practices. Token payments are 100% refundable if the property owner cancels. We process all eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated and the listing goes live. If Nexlease terminates your account due to a policy violation, no refund will be issued. If Nexlease permanently discontinues the Featured Listing service, a pro-rata refund for unused days will be provided.
The 0.5% commission charged on successful deal closures is non-refundable once the rental agreement is signed by both parties. If a deal falls through before agreement signing, no commission is charged.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method only. We cannot process refunds to a different account.
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, escalate to [email protected]. We will resolve all escalated disputes within 15 business days as per RBI Payment Aggregator guidelines. If still unresolved, you may approach the Banking Ombudsman or consumer forum.
